Despite being a dry year, we're still able to find some good powder.

Even though we had a big ol' Suburban, we were still packed to the tilt. It's a good thing Ryan dropped out of the trip or else he'd have to ride on the roof racks!
The legendary Fred Meyer has closed its doors! This Stop and Shop will have to do instead. Maybe Glen Philips will write a song about this store too.
A shot of the 'Burban. As usual, I had to man the vehicle while everyone else went shopping because the racks don't have locks on them.
What's taking these guys so long? Getting bored, I took this shot of an Asian grocery store, but the distance proved too far for my camera to focus.
Patty and Judy holding up the huge moose head. This was opposite the bed in that room that Judy and I took.
This one was in the other room. Might be kind of disconcerting to wake up in the middle of the night, look up, and see this big moose head made of intertwined twigs.
Unfortunately, the Sunrise (or is it the Sundown?) lift was broken. We were in search of powder so we decided to hoof it up. Little did we know that Jen had secretly sabotaged the lift to avoid having to ride it.
At the top of Sundown/rise after the hike Judy and Patty warm up in a little hut. The flash went off in this pic, capturing the snow in the process.
